Then I picked out my roof and scheduled the appointment. The only disappointment was the roof I wanted was out of stock so Shawn came back out I picked out another color. I was so glad I did. How Does the Free Quote Work?
When you request your free quote, we'll ask you a handful of questions about your specific needs. Be sure to answer all of the questions so we can have as much information on the front end.
We reply to inquiries right away. In most cases, the date for a roof inspection is two weeks after our initial discussion. However, there are certain times in the year when it might take a little longer due to the number of projects we have underway.
During the roof inspection, we do a thorough property specification assessment. We take photos of any damages and irregularities we observe and then discuss our findings and recommendations with you.
EcoShield has been so helpful through the entire process. They have helped me work with the insurance company. They came out the same day I called and put a tarp on so there wouldn’t be further damage. They explain everything very well. I highly recommend them!
