Honest and trustworthy I had one of those creepy, door-to-door roof companies come by and the salesman tried to tell me that my roof was in bad repair. So I called Mighty Dog for an inspection, and I am wanting to take out a skylight and just put roofing where it used to be. Brandon came and he was quite personable. After the inspection, he me know that my roof is fine, so I can stop worrying about having to replace it in the near future. No pushy sales tactics. He also gave me an estimate of what it would be in today’s dollars, if I didn’t need to do it, which was also reassuring. I really appreciate their help and there expertise.

On Saturday, the wind was terrible and several shingles were blown off my roof. I contacted EcoShield on Monday to request a quote, and Nathan came out first thing Tuesday morning to assess the damage. He provided a very reasonable estimate and thoroughly evaluated the situation, even checking the attic for any signs of water damage. Nathan was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the process. We agreed on the contract price, and I felt confident moving forward. This roofing company is the best experience I have had with working with a contractor from beginning to end! They are very knowledgeable and concerned about your happiness from beginning to end. You make a phone call to them with any concerns and they are on the phone with you or at your residence within minutes. Had a hump appearing on my (6)yr old roof @ the firewall. Will (sales), climbed onto the roof to examine the shingles then went into the attic to check for damage or water. He suggested having an engineer check it out as well. Mark Elliott (engineer), came by within several days and did an assessment. Luckily, no serious issues. He said he would email a statement explaining this in case I needed it in the future. Both people had excellent follow through, very professional and I would highly recommend EcoShield Roofing.

Our roof was done by ecoshield. Nathan was our contact. Initially claim was denied. With the knowledge of nathan and ecoshield they had our claim approved and got our roof up to code! Highly recommend this company and everyone involved- Wil, Josh and nathan, thank you so much!

We had a major hail storm on March 16th 2025 in NorthernGuilford county. I reached out to Ecoshield because my neighbor was having their roof inspected for damage from the same storm on a Saturdaymorning. Man!!! I am so glad that I did. The inspection was free. Ecoshield was on it. They worked really well with my State Farm Insurance agent. We all know or have probably heard how difficult it can be to work with State Farm Insurance claims and other companies as well. It was very smooth sailing. Ecoshield Roofing were very quick to get the job underway. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. They truly care about the customer. We worked with Will Sessions and he was very helpful and professional. He helped to keep the costs down and even dealt with our HOA board. That was beyond the scope of any company I have dealt with in the past. His crew worked hard in the hot weather and were very friendly and sweet. The cleanup was awesome. One of the drainpipes for the gutters was missing a piece. When we notified Will he sent a crew out immediately to fix it. I recommend them highly. They do not try to oversale their products and I found them completely trustworthy

Called for an estimate for new siding and they were there the next day to measure… got a quote the next day & the team was available when we have them the word we were ready. (New construction home). Very professional and honest company! After coating our sunroom to stop leaks we still had leaks even though they had stopped most of them. They sent a team back out and the leaks still continued. After troubleshooting and sending another team to recoat the roof another time, they finally got all the leaks stopped at no extra cost to us! They don't give up and they are very friendly and responsive to concerns. A+

Being on the road for work all the time, this company did pretty much all of the foot work and the collaboration with the insurance company, kept me up to date with phone calls and photos and allowed my adult child, who is not the property owner, to speak on my behalf when I was unable. We were in need of new skylights and after trying to get several contractors to give us a quote. I got in touch with Ecoshield and Nathan came out within a few days and gave us a quote. It took a bit for our skylights to come in but Josh was in touch and letting us know how it was going. The installers came out and worked till after dark to get the job done. We had a tree fall on our house and Wil and his company EcoShield Roofing came to our rescue. Wil was quick replacing the roof and worked well with the insurance adjuster, handling all the back and forth.Wil was able to get us a fair settlement. If needed we would use Wil's company again.

Wow is all I can say. Nate came out within a day of me calling to give us a quote on replacing our roof, wrapping our facia boards and installing new gutters. We got several quotes and they by far were the most reasonable. Nate and Will were in constant contact through the process. Their crews were on time and did a fantastic job. They covered our mature landscape and cleaned up every day before they left. There were a few items that needed adjustments and they came back and fixed everything to our complete satisfaction. I can’t say enough good things about the company, their crews and Nate.

These guys were awesome!!! We had a small leak in our siding that was showing up in our ceiling. We though it was going to be a much worse issue but they found the problem quickly and gave us pics of were they found it. They gave different options on what they could do to fix and gave us time to decide, no pressure sales. Great experience and they had it repaired in great time thanks to all you guys!!

EcoShield Roofing did a great job replacing not only the roof on my home, but the roof on my shed as well. Not long after our home roof project got underway, a large limb came crashing down and damaged the roof to our shed. The guys at EcoShield were very knowledgeable about homeowner insurance policies and suggested I try to get that project bundled under my initial claim. The suggestion paid off by saving me from spending another $2,000 for a separate claim deductible. EcoShield replaced both roofs and they look great.

Wil and his team at Ecoshield have got this down pat. If insurance is involved then they will handle that for you, less to worry about and their team does solid work as well. They clean up well, they work quickly and their work looks great too. Appreciate the effort from everyone over there at Ecoshield!

Our roof started leaking the week before Christmas. Will Session from EcoShield Roofing was recommended to me by my insurance agent. Will had his Estimator Nathan Royal come over to my house and assess the damage. Nathan put a tarp on the roof to prevent further damage. The day my insurance adjuster came to the house Nathan was here and walked him through his findings. This stressful situation couldn't have been made any easier. Everything was processed quickly and our new roof has been installed and look fabulous. Most importantly it's done before Christmas. Highly recommend EcoShield Roofing.
