I can’t say enough about my experience with EcoShield! Nick Espinosa helped us understand what problem areas we had on our roof and with our gutters, he was so professional and kind during the entire process! The repairs didn’t take long and Nick kept us in the loop the entire time. We really trusted Nick and the rest of the team with our home. I would recommend Nick and EcoShield to anyone looking for a new roof or gutter!!!

Wil has been so helpful through the entire process. He has helped me work with the insurance company. He came out the same day I called and put a tarp on so there wouldn’t be further damage. He explains everything very well. I highly recommend them!

Frequently Asked Questions
During a roof inspection, we do a thorough property specification assessment. We take photos of any damages and irregularities we observe and then discuss our findings and recommendations with you.
Before we start servicing your roof, we’ll provide you with a start date and a list of materials we plan to use. We’ll cut your grass, move valuable items away from the job site, and board your pets in a quiet area.
As debris will inevitably enter your home, we’ll also protect valuables in the attic, take off wall hangings, and clear driveways. We recommend canceling any lawn work on the date of our service. A fair amount of debris will fall on the lawn — though we will clean this up after our services are complete.
Our team typically arrives on or before 8:30 AM and will start working immediately. As the project moves forward, we’ll provide you with status updates and photos. If we come across irregularities in your roofing, such as rotted wood or missing materials, we’ll inform you immediately.
After we finish servicing your roof, we’ll do another assessment within 24 hours. We check our punch list for potential issues such as debris formation, scruffed sidings, or damaged gutters.
On occasion, roof services may cause minor damage to gutters, bushes, decks, or sidings. If our staff is responsible for the damage, we’ll take care of the expenses for the repair or replacement. As standard practice, our first option is to repair any damaged item ourselves.
Please call an HVAC specialist to confirm the location of your line set. We typically don’t cover HVAC or driveway damages.
For residential roofing, we request a 25% down payment for commitment and scheduling. We’ll then collect the remaining balance only after you sign the Certificate of Completion.
In most cases, states don’t require permits for services worth less than $30,000. However, we’ll get all of the necessary paperwork through a general contractor if needed.
As an eco-friendly company, we value cleanliness and practice it in all aspects of our business. After we service your roof, we guarantee to do a thorough cleanup of your property. We do our best to rid your property of even the smallest litter, including nails and debris.
We reply to inquiries right away. In most cases, the date for a roof inspection is two weeks after our initial discussion. However, there are certain times in the year when it might take a little longer due to the number of projects we have underway.
On average, our services take one to four days — though many factors affect our completion period. Specific types of damage take longer to repair, such as water damage.
